The team of Rumanian International Assistance Services back to school! For a period of 1 month we have all attended the classes of a special programme called Delivering Excellent Customer Service. A different type of learning, the one that tought us to become the best and to deliver to all of our clients, simply EXCELLENCE!

DECEMBER 2008

RIA Services concludes a strategic partnership with one of the largest Romanian insurance companies for Auto Civil Liability Selling Campaign.

The services provided to the insured include 24 hours a day call center, roadside assistance and towing services.

OCTOBER 2008

Starting with October 2008, RIA Services garage moved to a new location:

5-7 Spataru Street, 5th district, Bucharest.

With an impressive surface of more than 1000 sqm, the garage is proof of our constant concern for quality service improvement.

Professional drivers, mechanics, technical experts, they all work as a team to provide the efficiency that maintains our competitive advantage.

RIA Services is proud to announce to have reached the figure of 1000 roadside and towing vehicles at the disposal of the Alarm Center from Bucharest. You never know when a problem may appear, but with Rumanian International Assistance you have the security of knowing that help is just a phone call away.

FEBRUARY 2008

Unique!

RIA Services's fleet is enlarged with the acquisition of the 1st covered truck on the territory of Romania, dedicated to the transportation of deluxe vehicles thus imposing a new standard of quality service.
