Always trying to be able to anticipate and to provide assistance services depending on each person’s need, RIA can also assist its clients in finding solutions to different legal problems as well as intermediating in their name the negotiations with different institutions with which they have got a legal dispute.

RIA Services can offer to its clients the following legal assistance services divided as it follows:

• contact the local authorities in case of accidents: police department, court, prosecutor office
• help the clients to fulfill the necessary formalities
• translate and interpret whenever necessary
• provide a lawyer for legal instituted cases in Court and take in charge the costs for legal representation
• take in charge the bail costs when necessary
• intermediate in view of retrieving the stolen cars found on Romanian territory
• conclude the necessary customs formalities in case of delivering / receiving parcels

• advise the client to follow the appropriate procedure
• take photos for the new documents
• ask for a new passport to be issued by the Embassy
• ask the Passport Department for a new Visa
• provide a translator to help the client fulfill the necessary formalities
